CanterBrooke Equestrian feeds oats with a top dress grain by Kent Feeds (comparable nutritionally to Buckeye top dress). We also offer high quality alfalfa, alfalfa/grass mixed hay, or grass hay depending on your horses needs.
Each horse's diet is completely customized. The prodcuts that we use include: Kent Feed's Regular Formula (for average horses), Buckeye's Ultimate Finsish 40 (for horses that need to gain weight or are hard to maintain), and Triple Crown 14% Trainig Formula (a complete feed designed for active performance horses and horses that need to build muscle).
Each horse is also provided with a mineral block in their stall and in their pastures.
Supplements will be fed at owners request for no extra charge, but must be provided by owner. Cosequin and Farrier's Formula are bought in bulk at discounted prices and charged each month to those horses that are on those supplements.

CanterBrooke's Feeding Schedule
Horses are fed twice daily.
In the morning all horses are fed at 7:30 am, and those in the main barn are turned out (weather permitting) shortly there after (8:00-9:00).
Horses are fed grass/alfalfa hay in their pastures, paddocks or stalls in the morning except during times when there is adequate grass.
In the afternoon, horses boarded outside are fed at 3:30 pm. Horses that live in the main barn are brought inside and fed shortly after that (around 4:00).
Pasture boarded horses are fed on the same schedule using feed bags to give every horse their custom ration!
